This area of the Smoky Mountain National Park was only recently opened to the public. Prior to being opened locals would sneak here for the wonderful displays of wildflowers and a very interesting waterfall that flows directly underground.

One of my favorite locations to photograph flowing water is in the Tremont area of the Smoky Mountain National Park.
