Caddo Lake is one of those places you hardly believe exists.  The border of Texas and Louisiana run right through the middle of the lake.  I snuck down for an overnight last fall and caught the color perfect but extreme low water prevented me from getting the shot I had envisioned.  Fortunately, the colorful cypress needles helped to produce some interesting textures on the dry swamp floor.
